Glidezone Warranty Policy
Glidezone offers a 1-year warranty for all adult electric scooters and electric bicycles.
Coverage Overview:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural and mechanical parts of GlideZone scooters under normal use, for up to One-year from the delivery date.
Please note that: All the spare parts we are selling are not covered by the Warranty Policy.(Excepted faliure when arrival or damaged during transit(Contact us within 14 days upon arrival))

Warranty Specifics:
The warranty is automatically registered to the original purchaser or recipient.
This warranty is non-transferable.
Coverage begins from the date of delivery, not the date of first use.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from glidezonesports.com.
By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the warranty policy on the day of purchase.

Glidezone will replace any components deemed defective or damaged (including damages during transport), unless the issue arises from abnormal user usage.
The warranty covers the listed products under the following conditions:
Frame
All Glidezone electric scooter and bicycle frames are covered for replacement. The warranty duration varies depending on the product:
Adult electric bicycles and electric scooters: 1 year
This warranty includes only frame replacement and does not cover labor costs for transferring parts to the new frame. Authorized Glidezone service representatives will determine whether the frame qualifies for replacement.
When replacing a frame under this warranty, Glidezone reserves the right to use frames with scratches and dents from stock. Glidezone may also replace out-of-stock frame models with compatible styles and/or colors.
This warranty does not cover frame issues such as, but not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fading, scratches, and impact marks
- Impact damage
- Irreversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)
- Chain guard installed on the frame (if applicable)
- Battery
- Glidezone batteries are covered under the product warranty period.
During the warranty period, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will match the original purchase date.
No cash compensation will be provided.
Only Glidezone can directly assess the battery and determine if it is defective.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage due to accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or similar activities inconsistent with the intended use), improper storage, exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or mechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Glidezone;
- Products with removed, damaged, altered, or unidentifiable serial numbers or barcodes;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Defects or damage caused by using non-Glidezone parts or accessories;
- Defects or damage caused by assembling, testing, operating, maintaining, installing, servicing, repairing, or adjusting the product in a manner inconsistent with the assembly instructions or user manual;
- Defects or damage caused by external factors, such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to extreme weather, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of power sources.
Additionally, for batteries, this warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- Improper use of the battery charger;
- Broken or tampered seals on the battery;
- Using the battery for devices other than the specified scooters/bikes.
Parts and Components
Genuine Glidezone parts and components are covered during the product warranty period. This limited warranty does not cover:
- Parts corroded due to exposure to natural environments (moisture, high temperatures, etc.);
- Damage or deterioration to product surfaces, appearance, or aesthetic quality;
- Labor costs for part replacements or conversions;
- Defects or damage due to accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or mechanical stress;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Glidezone;
- Products with removed, damaged, altered, or unidentifiable serial numbers or barcodes;
- Defects or damage caused by using non-Glidezone parts or accessories;
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment;
- External factors causing defects or damage, such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper power supply.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered unless due to defects in craftsmanship or materials. Glidezone reserves the right to evaluate the wear condition.
Parts typically not covered include, but are not limited to:
- Brake pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires/inner tubes
- Chains
- Chainrings
- Cassettes
- Cranksets
- Screws
- Mudguards
- Buttons
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted to Glidezone via email at support@Glidezonesports.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Before submitting a warranty claim, we encourage you to contact Glidezone via support@glidezonesports.com as your issue may be resolved with a simple solution without the need for a claim. Valid warranty claims made during the warranty period will be processed by Glidezone.
Glidezone will not replace any parts without first reviewing the photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence via email.
Note: Glidezone does not cover the cost of installing replacement parts.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, products may be damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@glidezonesports.com and provide photographic or video evidence.
If free accessories are scratched during shipping, no replacement or compensation will be provided.
Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims made more than 14 days after receiving the product.
