Order Processing Time
Orders placed and successfully paid for on the https://www.Glidezonesports.com store will be processed within 1-3 business days. For pre-sale product orders, processing will follow the delivery timeline indicated on the product page.
Warehouses and Shipping
We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services. All orders will be shipped from the following warehouses:
United States: California Warehouse and New Jersey Warehouse
We partner with trusted logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Shipping Time
United States: 1–3 business days
Note: During holidays or periods of high demand, you may experience delays in receiving your order.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 2-6 days after shipment. Depend on your shipping location. You can check the delivery status of your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to appear in the system after you place your order.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package. A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Glidezone ensures your packages undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipment. Should loss or damage occur during transit, please contact us within 3 days. We will initiate and follow up on a claim with the carrier (such as FedEx/UPS) on your behalf.
For incorrectly delivered items, you must retain and present the original shipping label to us as proof of the error.
If You Know You Won’t Be Available to Sign:
- If you are aware in advance that you will not be home to sign for the package, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager:
- Redirect your package for free to a FedEx location for pickup (up to 10 days for ground shipments and 5 days for express shipments).
- Reroute the package to another location or schedule a different delivery time (fees apply).
Important Delivery Notes:
Signed Deliveries: For orders confirmed as signed for by the carrier, please contact us within 24 hours if you suspect a delivery discrepancy.
Packaging Condition: If the outer shipping box shows minor wear but the product functionality remains intact, standard return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply as per our 30-Day Return Policy.For significant transit damage that affects the product, please refer to our Shipping Damage Claims process.
Order Cancellations and Address Changes
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled or addresses modified before they are shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible.
If you wish to cancel an order after shipment, we will attempt to intercept the package, but the success rate is low. Interception fees range from $100–$200. If interception fails, you can return the product after receiving it. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Restricted Delivery Areas
We cannot deliver to the following locations:
- Standard or rural residential P.O. boxes
- USPS, FEDEX, or any other types of mailboxes
- Freight forwarding services, including those similar to NewYorkMailBox.com
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Shipping Fees
- For orders over $99, Glidezone will cover your shipping costs.
- For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $12 will be charged, including handling fees.
