1️⃣ Purpose of This Notice

This Safety Notice is intended to help riders use their electric scooter safely and in compliance with local laws and regulations. Please read this information carefully before operating your scooter.

2️⃣ Speed Regulation and Legal Compliance

Our electric scooters are factory-programmed to comply with the legal speed limits of most U.S. states, with a maximum regulated speed of 15.6 mph (≈ 25 km/h). Riders are responsible for understanding and obeying local laws governing electric scooter use.

⚠️ If you choose to unlock the speed limiter for higher performance, please ride responsibly and only in private or designated off-road areas.

3️⃣ Rider Requirements & Safety Gear

  • Recommended minimum rider age: 18 years old (or as required by local law).
  • Always wear a certified helmet and protective gear (gloves, knee and elbow pads).
  • Do not carry passengers unless the vehicle is rated for two riders.

4️⃣ Pre-Ride Checklist

Before each ride, please ensure the following:

  • Battery is securely installed and locked.
  • Tire pressure and condition are normal; no visible damage to wheels or hub motors.
  • Brakes and lights are functioning properly.
  • Folding mechanism and connectors are tight and undamaged.

5️⃣ Safe Riding Guidelines

  • Obey posted speed limits and traffic rules.
  • Reduce speed on wet, icy, or uneven roads.
  • Avoid sudden acceleration or hard braking.
  • Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times.

6️⃣ Battery and Charging Safety

  • Use only manufacturer-approved batteries and chargers.
  • Charge in a well-ventilated area on a non-flammable surface.
  • Do not leave the scooter charging unattended for long periods.
  • Stop using immediately if the battery swells, overheats, or leaks.

7️⃣ Maintenance and Inspection

  • Perform regular maintenance at authorized service centers.
  • Follow the user manual when removing or reinstalling the battery and motor connectors.
  • Replace brake pads, rotors, and hydraulic components promptly if worn.

8️⃣ Storage and Transport

Store the scooter in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When transporting, secure the scooter and disconnect the battery if required by airlines or carriers.

9️⃣ Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

Unauthorized modifications, water damage from misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions may void your warranty. The manufacturer and seller are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from illegal operation, reckless riding, or improper maintenance.
